VINTAGE old sewing sew PIN PINS NEEDLE NEEDLES CUSHION HOLDER in a ceramic womens shoes / shoe shaped format color bright BLUE. In great condition, see photos for design and style. This shoe shaped needle or pin holder is made of ceramic in cowboy style low boots or ladies high heels with swirl grapevine patterns engraved in the ceramic, very nice and pretty. Aside from being a functional item, this is also a great collective vintage item, this is pre-owned. At the bottom of the shoe, it is marked an initial PR, as it appears see photos. This pin cushion at top is covered with deep red velvet material, with one visible darker dot stain in it, not very noticeable and doesn't affect function. Browse below and above for plenty of photos of actual item.
